(a) We reserve the right to refuse or reduce supply to any individual, company or destination for any reason, including but not restricted to the unavailability of any product or error in the price or description, failure in payment or where fulfillment of the order may expose the company to unnecessary risk.

(a) All posted items will only be sent when full payment has been received and will endeavour to dispatch as soon as possible unless product or websites states there is a delay.
(b) We DO NOT Ship outside Australia. Please do not ask as refusal may offend.
All packages will be sent either by Registered Post with Australia Post or Couriers for delivery
anywhere within Australia. We will not send any items without a signature on delivery.
(a) Goods purchased from our website are offered with a full money back guarantee if you are not completely happy with your order. Please return the item within 14 days in its original condition and once we have received it we will then process your refund accordingly.
(b) If you change your mind or cancel an order, Postal Charges and Merchant Fees will be deducted from the refund.
(a) Due to the fluctuation of the Gold and Silver Commodities the prices may change on a daily basis. Therefore, the coin prices listed are subject to change without notice.
(b) All Bullion purchases must be paid only by direct deposit. No Credit Cards or Paypal accepted.
We do not keep any personal information if you are browsing our online shop. If you arrange a purchase through our website we will require information regarding your name and email address for invoicing and postage. This information will not be disclosed to any other third party (unless required by law).
